As the owner of a master of science degree in management I have worked in application technology oriented product and service sale in different sectors since 1983. Since 1997 I have been self-employed in customer service in the heat treatment sector.
The core area of my work is the on-site recording of customer problems, project monitoring of offer and order processing as well as the after-sales analysis for durability identification purposes. Every now and then, profitability needs to be considered, in order to achieve efficiency increases with defined new projects.
Due to longtime experience with different partners, approaches to solving problems often arise which come up in the periphery of heat treatment.
All industry companies that are connected to heat treatment are part of our customer groups, such as furnace building companies. In addition, I am in close contact to pressure foundries and electroplating companies.
The areas on which I concentrate are the south/south-western part of Germany with its federal states Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse and Saarland. Additionally, owing to the close proximity to neighbouring states, I have good connections to Luxembourg, Belgium and France. My good command of the English and French language allows interational cooperation.
Customers can reach my office with a message at any time. My two employees organise the process and take care of appointments to guarantee short-notice availability.
